Persons with A Disability Compared Against All Racialized Groups
6.1 In comparison to the 8 racialized groups, there are 3.9% more employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities in the DSBN workforce.
6.2 How many of these 239 individuals with disabilities identify as coming from any of the racialized groups is a good question to be asked? This would be the DSBN and Warren Hoshizaki’s Token employee!
6.3 The DSBN and Warren Hoshizaki have recruit more Persons with Disabilities, and had to make special arrangements/accommodations for them, than they have hired from the 8 racialized groups.
6.4 The graph below shows that the number of Persons with Disabilities is doubled the size of the racialized group with an 8%. And has a 50% larger Permanent Full-time rate over the 8 racialized groups in total who fall well short in comparison with just 4% and 10%.
6.5 Again, the DSBN and Warren Hoshizaki would rather NOT have to hire individuals from the 8 racialized groups and would rather hire twice as many Persons with Disabilities on a Permanent Full-time basis.
6.6 Again, it shows that the DSBN and Warren Hoshizaki are so obviously biased against a significantly larger population made up of 8 racialized groups that they seem to go out of their way to marginalize their abilities and restrict their employment opportunities at the DSBN.
6.7 The DSBN and Warren Hoshizaki seem to believe that the 8 racialized groups in the Niagara Regions population are less educated, less competent and are less deserving of these Permanent Full-Time positions than this substantially smaller community of Persons with Disabilities.
6.8 Which explains why there are twice as many Persons with Disabilities holding Permanent Full-time, and 17% more working in the Casual and Temporary category than the 8 racialized groups.
6.9 It appears that the DSBN and Warren Hoshizaki really do have a deep hatred and dislike for the idea of having to hiring any racialized individuals to be part of the DSBN workforce. It appears that they truly have gone out of their ways to avoid hiring them, that money is no object to accommodate Person with Disabilities in an attempt to keep that Organizational Whiteness project untouched.
